Return & Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return & Return Shipping Costs To initiate a return, please contact our customer care at yair@faithjewelry.co.il.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to mail your package to our US processing center. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. >

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will fully reimburse your return shipping costs once the item is received and inspected.

For all other returns (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the jewelry is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned to maintain our quality and hygiene standards, including:

Custom or personalized products (such as jewelry with special custom engravings).

Gift cards.

Final sale items.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new piece.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our California facility, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yair@faithjewelry.co.il.
