Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that our business operates from Sunday to Thursday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) or during Jewish holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $14.90 Estimated delivery time: 6 to 20 days (after processing).

Expedited Shipping: $49.00 Available at checkout for customers who need their items faster (39$ to the US).
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the USA over $39. This is automatically applied at checkout—no coupon code required.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal service interruptions.
Logistics & Fulfillment Transparency We are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry to our customers. The majority of our inventory is maintained and shipped directly from our primary office in Israel. However, to provide faster shipping times for our US customers, a limited stock of select items is securely stored and fulfilled through Amazon warehouses in the United States. Depending on the specific item ordered, your package may ship from either location. Items dispatched from our US warehouses will naturally arrive faster.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
